The 82 yr old Communist leader of Laos is stepping down and now the push will be on for a market economy. It will probably follow the example of Vietnam or China. They will probably pursue investments and then when capitalism gets its foothold it will turn it into a strangle hold.
Capitalism must be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
